Litigation and Representation

We provide representation to our clients for litigation from our experienced Advocates. Litigation department is led by lawyer having 25 years of legal experience. We represent cases before the District Court, High Court and the Supreme Court and various tribunals for civil, commercial and criminal matters.

 In addition, we also represent clients in arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings and assist for the enforcement of arbitral awards in Nepal.
