Rukmani is a Senior Associate at the firm and is engaged in matters related to corporate compliance. Rukmani is an Advocate licensed by Nepal Bar Council.  She is involved in assistance relating to drafting of documents relating to corporate compliance and legal due diligence.

Rukmani has completed Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A.LL.B.) from National Law College, Tribhuvan University and pursuing LLM in Energy and Infrastructure Law from Kathmandu University School of Law.
